to reload the brain with essential substances after a long nigth i recommand to take a combination of tryptophen+vitamin B6(50-100mg)+B2(50-100mg)+c(100-500mg) tryptophan will be converted to serotonin and afterwards to melatonin which will bring u a healing sleep tryptophan: as antidepressive 500mg will be a good start as a sleepeng agent 1-3g+vitamens are no problem no side effects!! all substances can be use every day without problems!!
